Purple Cherry Architecture & Interiors has been creating high-end residences throughout the U.S. for more than 30 years. Raised by an aeronautical engineer father and a mother who was a performance artist, Cathy Purple Cherry \u201cgrew up exposed to both the creative and analytical sides of the brain,\u201d she shares. \u201cThat combination truly shapes my approach to architecture.\u201d Also formative for her was having a brother with Down syndrome and then raising an autistic son\u2014life experiences that deeply shaped the way she thinks about design. \u201cI saw firsthand how environment can influence emotions and behaviors,\u201d she says. \u201cThis instilled in me the belief that spaces should be intentionally and functionally designed for the people living in them.\u201d<\/p>\n
Currently, a staff of more than 40 across three offices orchestrates complex site planning initiatives, renovation projects and new custom homes in a range of styles. Comprehensive interior design services are also offered.<\/p>\n
