Pristine Acres creates seamless spaces for an indoor-outdoor lifestyle. The design-build firm was founded in 2007 by Steve Waldron; Kevin Kurdziolek joined in 2017. Today, a staff of 15 delivers custom, one-of-a-kind projects from concept to construction, with a focus on client experience.

“We believe life is better outdoors,” Kurdziolek avers. “There are so many benefits to outdoor living. Our goal is to encourage relaxation, dining and socializing outdoors; my designs strive to inspire and enhance quality of life in nature while maintaining thoughtful purpose in every square foot.”

Waldron, who grew up in the construction industry, believes that “building a special place for loved ones and friends to enjoy should be an exciting, meaningful and fun process.” His construction knowledge and deep appreciation for design allow the firm to produce complex features that would otherwise likely be left as great ideas on paper.

For Kurdziolek and Waldron, functionality and aesthetics are not an either/or proposition. They believe there is purpose behind every line, texture, plant and material—and they all come together to create something special.

Pristine Acres has earned a Design Excellence award from Home & Design and PRO Remodeling Grand awards. The firm has also been featured in Luxury Pools + Outdoor Living.
