Yuri Sagatov founded ODE Design, inspired by the idea that intentional architectural design can solve real problems and improve everyday life. “I’m drawn to how spaces shape and influence our emotions, mindset and relationships,” he relates. “Light, materials, and function work together quietly to shape how we experience our lives every day.”

ODE Design focuses on intra-urban new builds and renovations, integrating architecture, interior design and construction into one seamless process. “My goal with every project is to guide my clients to the solution that best balances art, function and cost,” Sagatov observes. “My extensive experience in construction informs my design approach, as I have a unique understanding of how design affects construction and budget, and vice versa.”

Sagatov and his team craft homes that reflect their clients by making the process highly collaborative and rooted in exploration.
