Dennese Guadeloupe Rojas’ path to interior design was shaped early by her upbringing in the Caribbean, where color, culture and hospitality were woven into everyday life. Formal training taught her to channel her creative instincts with technical discipline. Her life experience—and global travels—inform a design approach that balances warmth with architectural precision.

Guadeloupe Rojas founded her firm more than 20 years ago, growing it from a boutique residential studio into an award-winning practice working on new construction, luxury homes, multifamily developments and commercial projects. A Top 20 African American Designer, she is known for delivering interiors that are functional while feeling cohesive, elevated and enduring.

“We begin every project by listening to our clients define their priorities, lifestyle needs and investment parameters to create a strategic roadmap before construction begins,” Guadeloupe Rojas explains. “I work closely with architects and contractors during the design and build phases to proactively resolve challenges and ensure that every detail aligns with the original vision.”

Guadeloupe Rojas finds the most meaningful moments come at the end of a project. “When clients step into a completed space and recognize themselves in it,” she shares, “that transformation, both tangible and emotional,
is the driving force behind my work.”
