Katia Goffin Gardens

Experiencing the tranquil gardens of Belgium sparked a lasting passion for the landscape in Katia Goffin. Though she studied landscape architecture in the U.S., she brings a harmonious blend of European perspectives to her projects. “My designs are shaped by my Belgian-American background and frequent travel,” she shares, “paired with an unrelenting dedication to creating elegant, high-quality outdoor spaces.”

Goffin founded her boutique firm in 2013 after more than 25 years working in both the U.S. and Belgium. “Goffin and her team of landscape architects and designers collaborate with clients, helping them formulate a plan that is right for them and seeing them through the design and construction phases with care and clear communication. “We work closely with trusted contractors whose craftsmanship and attention to detail support the integrity and longevity of each project,” Goffin notes.

“Landscape architecture requires both creativity and technical rigor, balancing imagination with precision,” she comments. “The challenge is in creating a design that blends the owners’ program with the conditions and opportunities of the site to form a garden they will truly enjoy. Gardens should speak to their owners, evoking a sense of belonging, order and tranquility. It should feel as if the garden is uniquely theirs.”
