Ralston founded his namesake firm in 2008 with a focus on highly tailored residential architecture. He heads a staff of 12 that includes design director Neeta Paul, who joined the firm in 2022 and brings diverse experience in Europe working on residential, religious, commercial and industrial projects. “We approach design holistically, curating architecture, interior design and landscape into a cohesive whole. To us, architecture is a living art that shapes how we think and live,” Paul notes.

Ralston and his team prioritize close collaboration with clients and continuity from design through construction so that projects develop thoughtfully rather than quickly. “Our core values center on anticipatory service and serving as a guiding light for our clients,” Ralston explains. “Clients work directly with senior leadership, ensuring decisions remain informed and consistent from beginning to end.”

In 2025, Ralston Architects made Forbes’ Top 200 Architects list and its America’s Best In-State Architects list. The firm practices across the U.S. and in select international locations.
