Founded by Arlene Critzos in 1979, Interior Concepts, Inc., is an award-winning interior design firm with a global perspective and decades of combined experience. She spearheads a team of 60 employees, with a 50,000-square-foot warehouse supporting procurement, storage and installation services.

Lead senior residential designers Samantha Sopp-Wittwer and Kelly Critzos have been with ICI since 2012 and 2015, respectively. Both designers embrace a collaborative approach to projects, listening to clients and tailoring their projects specifically to them. The result is interior spaces that reflect the clients’ vision rather than a single signature style—while also staying at the forefront of emerging trends and ideas. “Understanding clients’  lifestyle needs and long-term plans helps formulate budget, use and level of customization,” Sopp-Wittwer notes.

Kelly Critzos puts a premium on creating designs that not only look beautiful but also make homeowners’ lives easier. “In every project, I strive to create a sense of comfort, intention and authenticity,” she says. “When rooms flow and feel thoughtfully put together, they become spaces where you can escape the demands and stresses of daily life.”

Interior Concepts, Inc., has completed projects throughout the U.S. and as far afield as England, Malaysia, China and the Middle East. The firm’s work has been featured in numerous national and regional publications.
