His early training in piano performance demanded dexterity when turning sheet music from Bartok to Baroque. Lococo’s command of music styles translated to a command of residential architectural styles. With over 120 awards spanning styles from historic colonial to modern, he and his colleagues come to clients’ table confidently and creatively versed in every stylistic and aesthetic sensibility.

Lococo is regularly invited to judge residential competitions for companies both local and international as well as for magazines and AIA associations. “We’ve designed U.S. presidents’ houses and interior designers’ own homes, but most importantly, we design homes for families whose lives we’ve bettered,” he says. “They call us from time to time to tell us they’re living and breathing in their ultimate dream home.”
